Registration:

• List & Link your event on the Race Calendar of our website when we time it.
• Distribute your race application at all L & M events.
• Encourage & help you register your event through our online service or www.ACTIVE.com.
• Assist you in entering all pre-registrant race info. into an excel file.
• Input all race day entries at race site, race morning. For very large events we can have multiple computers on site if required.
• Assist race morning registration volunteers with registration procedures.
• Obtain race numbers. Assign numbers alpha-numerically of all pre-registered entrants.
• Print runner number labels and affix to race numbers and prepare to bring race morning.
  

  Timing Options:
  

• Event will be completely computer timed with our own computer timing equipment at the finish line.
• Multi-finish lines if needed.
• Split times for duathlons or triathlons with use of the disposable MyLaps ChampionChip system.
• Wave starts for multi-sport events.
• Split times at all transitions.
  
  Results:
• All results are printed for your awards ceremony within minutes of your last finisher, or during the race if chip timed.
• Results can also be provided for special categories:
  For Example: Teams, Clydesdales, Relays, Fastest Duo, Oldest & Youngest Finisher, etc.
• Assist with the awards ceremony announcements.
• Results displayed online later race morning or early afternoon. An Overall order of finish, Winners, and Age Group Winners will be displayed.

Finish Line:

• Large Digital Clock, finish line chute material, traffic cones, safety flags & orange vests for course marshals, bullhorn and air horn.
• Finish lines may be multiple chutes depending on size of race.

• Assistance with course design, permits, insurance. Advise on how to obtain corporate or merchandise sponsors.
• L & M can also serve as your event coordinator or director, and completely produce your event with your committee.
• Assist you in obtaining quotes for printing of event applications, t-shirts, medals, ribbons, etc.
• Most of all - unlimited consulting ideas.

3. Location
4. Type of event(s) to be timed
5. Estimated size of event
6. Number of splits (if applicable for duathlons or triathlons).
7. Contact person & phone number
8. Other services required or under consideration
