Primary Contact information:

·          First and Last name for race information

·          Email or phone

 

Event Logo or Race Flyer with Logo

 

Name of the Event

Date of the Event

Location of Event

Address of Event

Distance of Races
Event Website URL ( if applicable)

Details about event:  who, what, when, where

   Example: awards, age groups, post-party, course map, expo, parking, etc.

 

Event Set-up

·         Individual price

·         Team price (is it price per individual or price per family or group)

·         Tier Pricing – Price increase as you get closer to event date?
