TIME

The race will start at 6:30 p.m.
Registration between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m.
Registration at the beach patrol station at 34th Street and the beach

COURSE

Start from 42nd Street beach and proceed north, keeping seaward of all boundary flags until the finish at 34th Street.
The Ocean City Beach Patrol reserves the right to switch the direction to 26th Street to 34th Street, depending on water conditions race day.

AWARDS

T-shirts to all registrants. Plaques to first six male and female finishers. Medals to the first, second and third place finishers and ribbons to fourth, fifth and sixth place finishers (male and female) in the following age groups:

14 & under, 15-16, 17-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Entry for 16 & under must be accompanied by a letter from a swimming coach stating the swimmer has the ability to complete the course.
Wet suits will be permissable at the discretion of the race committee (depending on water temperature).
The Ocean City Beach Patrol reserves the right to remove contestants from the course due to unsafe conditions or the excess duration of the race.
